7-Day Size Exchange Policy
If your garment does not fit the way you want, we offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery across Uganda.
- Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original TPNKS tags and hem labels must remain attached
- Exchanges are subject to inventory availability on limited drops
How to Initiate an Exchange
Follow these 3 simple steps to swap your garment size:
- Send a message to our Kampala WhatsApp team with your Order ID & preferred size.
- Our courier will pick up the item from your Kampala or regional address.
- Once inspected, your replacement size is dispatched immediately.
Defective or Damaged Garments
In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or screen print flaw, we provide instant free replacements or full refunds via Mobile Money. Contact support within 48 hours of receipt.
